Hotel Lumen
A terracotta skin that shifts with the Atlantic light. Sixty-four rooms arranged around a single courtyard, where the city’s noise falls away within three steps of the street.

Light before form
Every project begins by tracing the sun across the site. Plans follow the light, never the other way round.

Stone that looks like stone, timber that ages like timber. Nothing is disguised, so nothing needs hiding in twenty years.
